Can I arrange to have my order sent as a gift?

Yes. All our products are beautifully presented whether its for yourself or someone else so if you would like to send a gift - just let us know!

How will my order be shipped?
Within New Zealand all orders are sent using a Track and Trace system with New Zealand Post.

How soon will my package arrive?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for (this can take between 2 - 5 days), your order will be dispatched immediately.

What do I do if I want to return the item I have purchased?
Email sales@shopatfive.co.nz - within 7 days of receipt of your purchased item. You must return the item in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund. Five Ltd will not cover the cost of freight for returning items.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card using the Paymate system, cheque or bank deposit.

Is it safe to purchase from your website?
Yes. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Paymate to enter your payment details.

Is my personal information kept private?.
Yes. If you decide to purchase a product from Five Limited or sign up to receive the newsletters you will need to provide personal information. This information is confidential.
